I am a Ph.D. (UCLA) with a doctoral dissertation on, among other topics, victimology. While I do not practice law, I also attended law school--entering the day after I turned in my doctoral dissertation at UCLA. And I was over 40 then. I am a published author on the root causes of and solutions to societal problems such as "forced" unemployment (the Golden Handshake), hidden homelessness, abuse of elders by those known and unknown, and untenable organizational strategy which affects seniors and the disabled (but not exclusively).

My background has already been published in international and national publications, and not that I'm proud of it, but I've also been on "60 Minutes." (I learned that they aren't so honest. They voiced-over words not said by the people interviewed, and they broke our contract by not even mentioning our nonprofit--which was the ONLY reason we agreed to be on the show.
