: I just had my first cortizone shot in my right foot I am training for a marathon and have been battling plantar fasciitis for years and I am 2 weeks away from my goal and I had the shot. I did feel it rush through my foot--though no upset stomach or headache etc. It must have been from having it in your shoulder possibly or I was just lucky I guess. Cindy B.
