I have 2 bad knees full of arthritis and very little cartiledge due to a life of sports, and a law enforcement career. I am 47 years old and have had several othroscopic surgeries on both, and am now a candidate for replacement. This Doc won't do them until I am over 50. So on to the shots, I had a series of 3 shots around a year ago in each knee, and had real good results. I am now scheduled for another series of 3 in each knee and am looking forward to the relief. I do freak out about the shots, but for the most part it doesn't hurt too much. I would recommend the injections to all who can tolerate them. Synsvic it what my Doc uses at least for my case.
