I was amzed to find this post here. I happen to be taking vit. E at 1,200 units every day to stop my hot flashes. I also have been suffering with bad itching now for 3 years. I have never been able to get real relief. The winters are the worse. The main itching is on my feet. I also took a Atarax last night and the itching got worse. So now I am thinking there is something to this. Where did you itch? Do you take any vit.E now? How do you know it is the vit.E? Thanks,
