Thanks for your info...for a couple of days I've been concerned about the 'c' word - cancer. I've never felt a lump anywhere before, so to have a lump that you can't feel externally is quite worrying. Of course, I'll still be going to the doctor to make sure, but to know that it's probably just a muscular thing (a real bugger when you're a singer, I can tell you!!) is a great relief, and can even reduce the symptoms cos the stress of not knowing is gone.
Again, thanks for your info, and I hope more ppl get to know about it, cos it can be quite distressing when the symptoms turn up. As far as I can gather from yours and everyone elses sources, everyone can get this, and it really isn't dangerous. Always a good thing!
