I invested in their cassette program with videos.
It has HELPED soooo much. I really recommend it.
The phone number to the center is 800-944-9428. The Center is based out of Ohio and once you get the program, people from there calls you on a regular bases to check on your progress. They are people who also have had ALL of our symptoms & fears. Try it out!
