Lump in throat, and a smoker...
Oh there is the coffee all the time thing too.
(I am a writer, cut me some slack)
Yes, I am on Wellbutrin now as well Chris, and Even though the lump is still lumping about in the inside of my throat, the whole cigarette thing is diminishing, can you believe 3 smokes in 8 days? Funny, I thought I would be the last person who would ever quit smoking...
One thing I find to help greatly is the lack of coffee, none whatsoever actually... And this sort of acid reduction is less stress on my throat.
The unfortnate side defect of all of this is that I was hoping to give my throat a break, some time off from the normal foods down here in New Orleans (if you have been here you know)...
The problem here is the somking, now that I no longer smoke, I know this is good for my throat, but now that I no longer smoke, I have never eaten so much food and all the time in my life. Giving my throat a constant work out.
Speaking of whcih I have done the gym thing for some time, until my docter said "your pot-belly is hereditary, blame your father, not your diet" So I still went to the gym with a little less effort than before. The cardio workouts never changed, but so far they seem to do nothing for my throat..
Now I am just rambling on.
I thought it was cancer as well...
If it was I would start smoking again, quitting would have been the insult to injury.
I had fears my throat was going to colapse, when it was real bad in the begining. I learned all of my friends how to give a thrachiotomy with a knife and a bic pen, in case I began to choke on my own adams apple.
Now just the grumbles of coughs and the presure of lump are with me...
Thank you all for verifying that I will not die in my sleep, I will however still see a docter for this...
