I had all the symptoms you mention, plus rapid heartbeat, fever/chills, headache, stomach pain, etc. I swore that I was done for!
The more I tried to find an answer by reading through websites, the more I was convinced I had some horrible disease, and the worse the symptoms got.
When I went to doctor's office, they found nothing, which did not comfort me in the least. I 'knew' I had something seriously wrong with me - I won't go thru the list, but you couldn't name a disease that I didn't think I had.
I finally stumbled acroos the attached website, and the clouds parted - it was stress!
Once I realized that, all the symptoms melted away and I felt immediately better.
Stress is a Monster that feeds upon itself until it is discovered, then it is slain....
