My voice goes hoarse alot and sometimes in the blink of an eye it just goes out all the way then just as quick, anywhere from 5 minutes to 1 hour later, it will come back just as quick but hoarse. My heart is always racing and now I've noticed that my hair is very brittle and falls out alot though it's not getting any thinner. Does anyone else have these symptoms with it??? PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! I'm a medical assistant so maybe that's why I'm too scared to go.....I know what it could be! Thanks!

My sister had the same symptoms...it was her thyroid. She had hyperthyroidism, and her Dr. said her thyroid was very ,"toxic," and ended up having to have radiation. Sounds like you have a goiter.
