: Thanks for the response! It's funny, I only came back to check this page, because of the concerns people were expressing over the fact that few of us had submitted stories of being healed. Well, I can say that for the last week or so, i have not had the ghastly lump feeling in my throat. :)

: I will attribute this success to one of two things.

: 1) I was prescribed Wellbutrin, which I have been on for about a month. The doctor, who believed this lump feeling to be related to depression, suggested that an anti-depressant such as Wellbutrin might do the trick. (Apparently, Wellbutrin does not have sexual side effects in most males, and is also used in smoking cessation programs) Well, I have cut back the smoking significantly (down to 1-2 cigs a day, and I'm hoping to be butt free in the near future) Perhaps the anti-depressant worked. I do feel a little more chipper nowadays, and the feeling has nearly completely disappeared.

: 2) The other major change in lifestyle (in accordance with what Henry suggested) is a tough cardio workout plan. I have been going to the gym 4 nights a week, doing anything between 20 and 40 minutes of tough cardio a night. (I mix in the weights to look better too!) I noticed an instant improvement in the throat, especially right after the workout. After a time, it just stopped coming back.

: I'm not sure if either of these treatments are necessarily the cure for the lump, but they certainly worked for me. Maybe, in the end, it was the feeling that I was doing SOMETHING that would make it go away, and mentally that was enough to make it stop.

: I wish you all the best in finding a cure for your lumps. You can rest assured, however, that I will be back if that dreaded feeling ever returns......looking for answers.

: Yours,
: Chris
