I'm 38 and my lump started two years ago. The feeling comes and goes. It's enough to just about drive me nuts some days. I've also started having a ringing and/or plugged feeling in my ears - mostly the right one. While it's irritating and extremely frustrating, at least I know I'm probably not dying. Now to figure out how to make it go away...
