Osteoporosis is a problem with the spine and it is common among aging people. Spine fractures may be caused by putting too much strain on your back. Being overweight can often cause back pains as well. A weakening spine will create the dowager’s hump image at the back and it can be really uncomfortable especially for a senior who needs to mobile at times. In order to lessen or prevent the impact of this, you have to do the following:
Maintain good posture
Perform several back exercises
Wear shoes with flat heels
Use good techniques in bending
Lie on your back to reduce pain
