No Smoking

As we all know, smoking is very hazardous especially when it comes to the senior years. This is actually the time when smoking is very hard to stop. It is because one can never find a true friend who actually provides pleasure at the same time someone who listens to problems.

The fact is, smokers can always associate pleasure with anything else rather than just a stick of cigarette. Something like a chewing gum or exercise maybe. Also, a senior smoker must take into consideration the fact that life is not going to be longer every time they smoke. Sooner or later, the effect of smoking will kick in. Getting into a different lifestyle is great especially when it means that there is no cigarette involved. Get into sports and a healthy lifestyle and find a hobby that will help you forget everything about a cigarette stick.
