Surviving Heart Attack

It seems like heart attack is still one major problem what adults and seniors are basically scared off. Yesterday, a senior from my neighborhood just survived heart attack even if he was all alone for the day. Absolutely no one was available to help and its a good thing though that he knows what to do or else, he could have been added in the list of deaths due to heart attack.

First thing he did was cough pretty hard and repeatedly and vigorously. He took a deep breath after every cough until such time that his heart was breathing normal once again. Those deep breathes that he took got oxygen into his lungs and the coughing squeezed the heart which eventually kept the blood circulating and it even got the heart back into its normal rhythm.

Are you ready to take on heart attack? If this man can do it, so can you.
