In San Antonio, a developer will be spending around $80 Million on two new senior citizen homes. The Franklin Development Corp have announced last Thursday that it is going to build one home in Sonterra and the other near the Alamo Heights. The construction shall commence in September on Franklin Park and in March on the Alamo Heights. Both have a construction span of about 1 year.

Each of the homes will be having 200 rooms which would include 150 independent living units and 50 assisted living units. The independent living units would range from 750 square feet to 1,600 square feet.

Once the communities are finished, it will greatly help the senior citizens in the area and those who would like to transfer to San Antonio.
