How much do you really know about serving sizes?
1. One cup is about the size of your fist. It is typically 2 servings of pasta or rice.
2. 3 servings of meat is around the size of a deck of cards.
3. An apple should be about the size of a baseball.
4. 2 servings of bagel should be around the size of a hockey puck.
5. One serving of pancake should be the size of a compact disk.
6. One serving of cheese should be the size of four stacked dice.
