Sticky health changes

For senior citizens, health should be the top priority. In most cases, they would need to change their exercise behavior and the way they look at health in general. There are a lot of things that will be changing especially when you are already in the senior years. Some of those changes include food intake and exercises. A drastic change is not good. It has to be done gradually and from time to time.

In order to help in the process, try using sticky notes. Leave brief messages on your steering wheel, on your daily planner, on your fridge, in your mirror or on your desk drawer and closet. Try to make positive messages and encourage yourself. These notes can act as your own personal wellness coach.
