Hi.

Nice blog and well presented. I was just browsing and came across it.

A lady in a local residential home who is over 100 swears her longevity is from drinking a bottle of Guinness every day. So I can't see anything detrimental in responsible drinking.

My own blog is in the wellness health and fitness niche.

Best wishes,
Mark

For seniors that like Sam's club and Costco this might be for you, except with the company I represent you can order the products off line with out even leaving your house.

Four areas of focus that derive from this wellness company:
1. Physical Wellness: Live longer, healthier lives
2. Financial Wellness: Get out of debt and secure your financial future
3. Environmental Wellness: Make our homes and the environment cleaner, safer places
4. Personal Wellness: Achieve balance, freedom, and peace of mind in your personal and family life

Feel free to write, I would love to share this with you. I guarantee it won't be a waste of your time.
