I can understand your frustration Walter. Your logic is a continuation of other logic like it. It is a normal trend that like follows like in all matters. However, you fail to recognize that your suggestion is tantamount to further erosion of the Constitution. That to address the ills created by prior erosions of the constitution we create more to reestablish balance. Will it not be true that in time we shall have not have a constitution?

Is it not logical, no society can possibly enjoy the abscence of the disciplines of law. When one set of laws are destroyed by castration then another set of laws more politically viril will eventually take its place. This has been true since the first tribal laws of man. so, since all societies are held together by the discipline of law then for this Nation to survive then a new set of laws must be impressed upon the people to replace, in our case, the eroded constitution. With that in mind then pray tell what kind of laws will they be? It won't be Constitutional that has now become ineffectual by Federal Court castration.

Tell me Walter what kind of laws comes after Social upheavel and resulting pandemonium. You don't know? Well the Marxists knew and strove to bring that about social upheavel in their time. The Nazis knew, and were equally busy bringing about Social upheavel in their time. Other than having this one bad habit in common, they were Socialists. If we have no Socialists in this nation then we are safe. Are We?

Walter I would respectfully suggest that we be terrified of the past corosiive burnings of our basic rights by the acids of so called Social Justice dictates in our Federal courts. Your examples of seizure without due process is but one of these horrors. There are other violations to the original constitution that are being suggested now yours is but one of them. The corrective action you suggest is the pendulum swinging to compensate for the weakening of the constitution by destroying it more. Can you find examples in history that this echos?. I have given you two examples above to start with. All that you can find are the precursers of our eventual political suppresion.
