The Forum

This forum is intended to give senior citizens, their children, grandchildren and caregivers the opportunity to express their views and let others respond. Most newspapers limit input to a letter-to-the editor at best and many times edited. Few senior citizen organizations offer the opportunity to post views in their magazines and newsletters. Any AARP member who has read their publications -- the Bulletin or Modern Maturity can readily find that little space is dedicated to letters or opinions. Yet, AARP claim they represent the views and opinions of over 35 million senior citizens. Yet for many this is not true!

Now, Seniors-Site is offering you the opportunity to express your views. If you have suggestions, comments about this forum please send us an e-mail. We will not post vulgar or inappropriate material. We will begin by posting in the following categories:

Opinions and Responses -- on major issues important to our nation and our society
Speakout -- abuse, crimes, unfair practices, etc. against Senior Citizens and their caregivers
Identification of Wasteful Government Expenditures -- unnecessary purchases, boondoggles, corruption, porkbarrel programs, etc.
