So long as we have scum bags who are willing to pay good money for drugs, we will have drugs. You can post a marine every five feet on every shore and border, and if the price is right the dope will still come in. The problem isn't the dope, it is the scum bags.

We have legalized abortion, homosexuality, and virtually every other human failing capable of mustering a vocal advocate group - why not drugs? I have been told that the decriminalization of drugs would be terrible for society. I am also told that women abort three million babies each year. That is 3,000,000.

If that is legal, because someone feels they can find the necessary right to privacy in the constitution, then I am certain we can find a similar right, if we look hard enough, to legalize drugs. Drugs can't be worse than murdering three million babies every year. Did I say murder? How out of touch I am. The "correct" word is abort. The end result, regardless of the wording, is the sme for the unborn.
