Scentura has opened an office in Tampa at this address: 7667 N. 56th St., Tampa FL 33617. Tel# 914-7224. They are operating under the name C.S. Enterprises. I was not able to look at an occupational license closely because it was placed behind one of the "owner's" desk.
2 Owners: Michael Landrian and Valerie Barry. They claim to come from Miami. They say that they have been under the wings of Steve Tageda who operated under a license that expired two years ago in Broward County.
They can be easily charged by the questions they ask prospective victims. They ask about a birthdate on the application. The ask about marital status, if you have kids, etc...
