Thanks for the information everyone. It has been extremely useful.

Yesturday I had my second interview and was chosen to be one of the "lucky individuals" who were to begin the manager-trainee program.

In the group meeting they held, they did inform us of the 4 training levels. And from the sound of the training, I knew I would have to go out and hussle the streets and parking lots. They also told us of the FFAAR. I don't much care for this. I don't like burding my family and friends. I didn't do it when I sold Avon and I don't intend to do it now.

They also told us about the training pay. They at no time told us that we were going to get rich while in training. They DID tell us that during our first week, if we were real go-getters, we could anticipate making anywhere from $175-$250 per week. In the second week we could anticipate making from $200-$300, and for the third and forth weeks from $250-$400. We were then told that during that time when we went to work for the mini-office, we could anticipate making from $300-$800.

This type of work isn't for everyone, and anyone who does this type of work (even as a typical salesman) has to be a bit of a hussler or con man. Even car salesman promise you the moon and only deliver you a headache. At least this headache smells good. If you work hard and hussle your little behind off, you can succeed at any venture.

I don't much care for the cursing they did in the meeting, it was unneccessary and not very professional. As for the rest..We'll see how it goes and I'll get back to you.

I'm just wondering...How old are you people? You must be pretty young not to see the sales tactics of this company, just from the group meeting itself.

YOU MUST read between the lines in any venture you endever to undertake. There is always a catch.

Thank you all again for your warnings. The complaints that I have read are very informative and I WILL have to think about this venture a little further before I decide whether or not to go to my first class on Monday.

Tina
