Then, this year, on the second anniversary, they charged me again, but this time with a Deluxe membership that cost me $79.95. plus a $4 membership fee. I got the phone number from my bank. Every debit charge has a phone number next to it. I called and cancelled and she said they could only "pro-rate" it and she couldn't reimburse the membership fee. B.S.!!!!!

I have started a research for information for any and all individuals that this has happened to in hopes of starting a Class Action Lawsuit against Damark, Int. In doing this research, I could get no one to give me a physical address or a phone number...I continued my search and have discovered that Damark, International is now operating under Provell, Inc. I have the name of the President of the company Mr. George Richards and this is the phone number: 952-258-2000 their address is: 301 Carlson Pkwy Ste. 201, Minneapolis, MN 55305 Fax # 952-258-2100. I encourage everyone who has been defrauded by Damark to please email me with the details of your account with Damark.....Name, address, phone number, date of fraud, amount....maybe we can put an end to their fraudelent practices and be compensated for our trouble. These people scammed me out of over a $100.00 last year, but I couldn't find anyone to complain to. NOW, on the November 25, 2002 they charged me $149.99 for a memebership in "WC *PREFERRED BUYERS" with a number of 800-566-8640 with the state of "IL" after it.
I called said number & their automated voice said they will credit my charge card & that I would be taken off the membership that I did not authorise.
How can they have amembership when you can't order anything and or talk to anyone???
