Unfortunately for you, the manager who ran your second interview probably doesn't have their act together to run a succesful office. Just because one person doesn't represent the company well doesn't mean the company is a scam.
Is McDonalds a terrible restauraunt because one lady was burned by coffee and sued them for $1 million dollars.
Is KFC a terrible restaurant because one person found a fried mouse in with their fried chicken?
