Thank you Mike B. and Rhino for your replies and concern. Since I wrote, my husband will be opening on Monday with a partner who already has his office running. I'm happy about that because I need something to come through, I'm desperate. I know my husband and this guy can run a good deal, I just have that fear of the future unknown. The risk is huge considering our child will be born in November. I will email you with any specific questions if that's ok.
