Thanks for all of the comments that were posted. I just came back from my first interview today, and I was hired. I was so excited, I thought this is my chance to move up; however, my mother and stepfather were against it saying something is not right with this company. I was made at them thinking you ought to be happy for me, I don't want to hear all of this negative talk. However, it did get me thinking, so I went on the internet and found all of this information. I decided not to go to the second interview. Thanks
