I did not get as far as the training thanks to checking them out on the ...
RE : I just want to say that this website saved me from a bigger headache. I went to the first interview and thought it was a joke. It lasted like two minutes and they popped a couple of run-of-the-mill "interview" questions, like: How do you deal with negative situations? and I thought this is kinda lame. She asked me if I was comfortable makning $600/wk and up, who isnt? She did not ask me for my resume, or a even a little about myself. In fact, I was interviewed a long sided another person. So,it was quick & easy & painless. Even the application had a question like : "On a scale of 1 to 10, how good are you with people?" So, I left that tuesday (only having spent about twenty minutes of my day) with a so-so feeling. If they call me back, great. If not, oh well.
When they called back, I thought, "how exciting" - - the second interview, here willl be one-on-one information exchange...I still didnt know much about what I'd be doing, but the $$$ talk had me still slightly interested. I definitely thought I could handle it. I have management experience, customer service experience, and a B.S. in B.A.
However, the "SECOND INTERVIEW" was like an Amway meeting...it was all about promoting the company and talking about the $$$$$$ you COULD make. They had unbelievable testimonies and succe$$ stories that would make anyone drool. They talked about D.W.I.T. (do whatever it takes) attitude and emphasised that "if" we make the "call back" from this second interview, we're on our path to SUCCE$$.
The second interview lasted about 3 hours and it was in a room with 50 people. I thought at some point,we'd break of for one-on-one, but "no". Just a couple of quick shot questions to each person, and we were dismissed. I left a little dissolutioned, but intrigued, i must admit. The owners are better than any politician Ive ever seen. They head off any doubts / fears/ concerns you may have by talking about a few key buzz words: this is NOT a multi - level marketing scheme, a pyramid scheme, a telemarketing or door-to-door scheme...
Well, i got the "callback" from the second interview and thought : wow, i must be good! I was to go this morning to orientation. Of course, when I walked in today, I tried to keep a clear head. If I dont like what I hear, I can leave and not look back...First off, all of the people in that room at orientation were ALL of the same people from the supposed second "interview". This tipped me off. But I prayed that God give me the definitive answer and I shortly got it...a few minutes before our session started, a girl in my class stuck up a conversation with me about how leary this all seems. Then, she handed me printouts of complaints she had found on the web about this company. I came straight home, looked Scentura up and now I'm here! I just want to say God Bless the internet for all of its worth...thanks : )
