You are supposed to be in training to be a manager,and if you finish your training, you'll probably be one. Until that happens, you are just one of the sales persons of your "PROMOTING OWNERS". They tell you that they don't make money until they put you in an office. That's NOT true. They make the real money while you are on training. The first week you do F.F.A.A.R. They tell you you'll get a CASH bonus if you sel certain amount. Yes you'll get a bonus, but NOT in cash. You'll get it in PERFUME BOTTLES. For them that's liquid cash. You work between 8 to 12 hours a day and only earns $7.00 per bottle, IF you sell them at $27.00.
: Actually to be honest it all depend on who your promoting owner is. THERE ARE A LOT AF DECENT OWNERS.

: In ORLANDO FLORIDA, LISA PICCIONE, steels bottles and money from her people. She make the owners, her "promotions" buy the bottles of perfume. They have to sell 50 bottles de 1st week, 75 the 2nd, 100, the 3rd, 130the 4th, etc, etc. If they don't reach that goal, she makes them buy the bottles from their PROFIT. If someone is running their deal from her office, she'll ask for the whole $20.00, and give them back maybe $4.00. All those owners in her office are training HER people, and she charge them for it. Those owners will never make a crew while in her office. When people call for their ads, she steels them.
