I sit through the the daily drilling and go and do the pitching( half heartedly and to sell my "personnals") but I now stay (at the same level that I started with because I don't sell well ( but I'm told it's not about the bottle but it really is) to head off the young people who have potential elsewhere. The base of the people they recruit are the last rung of the ladder..either on welfare or some other relief and the commission is straight cash. They are usually very young an desparate. I am neither an d I am fasinated as an observerver.
