Unfortunately for your daughter, unless she has a contract in writing, she has no way to get her "guaranteed" $200 per week. I run an office selling Scentura's products, and believe me when I say that I feel bad for your daughter. I don't make promises that don't follow through. I give people and opportunity... which is exactly that... an OPPORTUNITY. I teach my people how to make money by SELLING a product. While LEARNING, people might put in 15 to 16 hours a day and not get results. But isn't that how learning anything works? Ever go to college? I studied until the wee hours of the morning and still sometimes got Cs and Ds on tests.
The manager of the Tampa office may or may not be a crook. You were not in training in the office... it was your daughter. Realize that any and all info she passes on to you is filtered by her "selective" hearing. Perception is reality. Sometimes one thing is said, but she thinks it means something else.
What do you say to the bill collectors? She is down and out financially... ask for extensions on her car payment, mortgage, credit cards, etc... If you don't ask, they might not even know you need help. Working with a Scentura office doesn't ruin your financial situation... even if you dont't do well, you must have had some pretty serious financial problems going into it if you are in dire straits right now! The company didn't control your financial decisons before working in the company.
I'm not Nino Brown... I can't speak for him/her, but I do reccomend that your daughter has three options: do better in training so she can get her own office and make REAL money... quit and go work somewhere else where she can do better... or talk to the Tampa office's promoting owner about transferring her training to a better office where people can help her.
