I have a son who is addicted to meth. Recently he called the family and told us he had been shot and had a bullet lodged in his hip. we still do not know if this is true. He is out on the street again beause I tried to force medical help. He is not rational and not the same person I know as my son. He is a shall of a person inside the body of an addicte. I would like to declare him incompetent so that he could obtain psychological evaluation and help but dont know where to start. He is in the court system. If anyone out there can give me any ideas please write me back.
