The independent living communities are mainly planned for the active and healthy seniors those who are capable of living their lives without any other person’s help. To   sustain an independent way of life these types of communities have condominiums, mobile homes, apartments and homes for the people. Although, some of the communities are there who offers only minimum services such as security, ground maintenance and buildings. Such communities are same as the residential enclaves, apart from the age limitation for those who are over the age of 55 years.

Generally, there are medical services offered if required. The resident also gets an insurance repayment and a high Medicare facility. The foods that are provided here do not need any minimum payments. Whenever you want to join, you can join and according to the real participation the bill will be made. There is a range between $500 to $1,500 monthly fees that normally includes 24-hour staff, utilities, concierge, appliance repair and replacement. Depending on the position of the society, the monthly fees may vary. These communities also have some activity calendars that vary from ample to sparse. It depends on the resources and age of the people staying there.
