We are now accepting a limited number of applications for a revolutionary Senior Focus Group program that offers extremely generous compensation and other valuable benefits to you and your family simply for helping us to understand the "senior" market.

Should you qualify, the Senior Focus Group compensation ranges from $8000 over a 2.5 year period to as much as $80,000 (maximum) over a 6 year study should you successfully complete all work assignments and only requires minimal time and effort.

The Focus Group work assignments may include reviewing new products or services that are being considered by our clients.

These projects are mainly questionaires that you will complete in your leisure time that can be faxed, emailed or mailed in.

We seek a very diversified group team so that everyone is truly represented and desire people of all walks of life, ethnicities and social standings.

Qualifications

*Must be 60 years or older
*Participants 60-64 years must be in reasonably good health and be a non-tobacco user and "Insurable"
*Participants 65 years or older Must be in reasonably good health and be "Insurable"
*Must be "Bondable" with no criminal record history and willing to sign various *Confidental Agreements
*Must be a US resident

Your personal information is kept strictly confidential. We do not supply or share telemarketers, clients or advertisers with any of your personal information.
•Why do you need all of my health and personal information?
Due to the long-term (2 to 6 years) nature of the Focus Group program plus the fact that our "participants" are "senior based", it is imperative that all participants be "reasonably healthy". All Focus Group participants will be insured in order to protect the company against any financial losses as our compensation from various sponsors and clients is based upon the successful completion of the long-term Focus Group contracts. For these reasons and more, we reserve the right to limit any program to "qualified" senior partners that can participate long-term.
•Are there any additional benefits?
Yes, all Focus Group participants will enjoy generous compensation (as mentioned above) and may qualify for a company-sponsored life insurance
benefits package up to $2,000,000 or more. There are additional enhancements and programs currently under development that will be announced at a later date and offered to our existing members.
•Do I have to give my social security number?
Your social security number will not be requested until after you have been accepted into the program.
•How do I get started?
Please CLEARLY AND NEATLY PRINT or type all requested information on the
enclosed application and mail your hard copy original Application.

You can make and keep a copy for your own records if you wish but please be sure to send us the "Hard Copy Original" with your signature, as we must have this on file.
