In collaboration with a research team led by a Professor in the Harvard University Economics Department, we are conducting a study to learn more about the information which seniors receive their Medicare Part D drug plans. If you are a senior, age 65 or older, and are enrolled in both Medicare AND a separate plan that provides coverage for prescription drugs, we would like to hear from you! Our research team would like to study copies of the information that you recently received from your plan provider. We are particularly interested in reviewing a copy of the Annual-Notice-of-Change (ANOC) packet that you received. Anything you submit will only be used for research purposes and will be kept strictly confidential.
