All of our rentals are in Barrier Dunes,  a secure, gated community with 2 fantastic pools. 1 is located directly on the dunes with a beautiful view of the ocean & the  white sand beaches of Cape Sand Blas. Barrier Dunes  also has lighted tennis courts, boat washing area, 3 fresh water fishing ponds, playground, boardwalks throughout & several pet stations!

St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is located right next door to Barrier Dunes and offers excellent access to the bay as well as 7 miles of undeveloped, unpaved  pristine wilderness area, bay access, & beach.  The park also has a boat ramp!  The clear water bay is one of the cleanest in Florida & provides excellent snorkeling, boating, fishing, crabbing & scalloping.
