This lovely establishment has a turn over rate through the roof, could it be lack of hiring quality people or really bad management. The C.N.A.'s are heavily over worked and underpaid for the amount of time it truly takes to take care of a resident. One should ask them self with so much work on one aide can they truly take care of your loved one. If you choose to pick this establishment for your loved one please make sure you stay involved in their care.
