Don't consider this facility for someone who intends to move to assisted living after rehab. They will never be accepted based upon the paperwork from Bear Creek. This is not a facility for patients who are mobile. Patients need to be moved out of this facility as soon as they become mobile or they'll likely wind up in the local psych ward.

This is an excellent facility that provides high quality nursing and rehabilitative services. Having been around I feel it is the best facility in Pasco county. The staff are caring open hearted individuals.

I have known a great deal of ill patients that went home because of the high quality of care given to residents. Certainly, illness of family members causes a lot guilt among families that have not be responsible or caring over time. All in all Bear Creek has helped many people heal and able to go back to thier home that could not have if they would have gone to another nursing home.
