I would not allow a loved one to reside at this Nursing Care facility. They have a lot of problems that they don't want people to know about. The employee turnover is very high and the end result is unfamiliar aides taking care of residents. The Administrator is inexperienced and Nurses work so much overtime they're exhausted and make a lot of mistakes in their care. They have a high number of State surveys each year from family complaints.

Also with the employee turnover rate, they can't keep employees because of being overworked. Not enough cna's to do the work that is expected. Also the director of nursings mother is a resident and she expects her to get special treatment. They have nurses in there that don't even care about the residents. The equipment isn't up to par. And that includes what little equipment they do have. Food is served cold. There is never enough soap, diapers, sheets, towels, or even cream to keep bed sores from occuring.

i worked at as a CNA here at this facility,and there are too many problems here!as a CNA i was overworked,and there are useless administrative nurses.there was even a time when they were serving soup and sandwiches daily for dinner.its a ridiculous.thank god im out of there!

I am also a employee at Brian Center yes the aides have a lot of hours and like any other facility there are ups and downs I happen to be an aide that care and if my loved on was in a enviropment that I thought was not right they wouldnt be there so who is to blame Brian Center or yourself love your loved ones enough to check on them regulary We work hard there and some of us really care

where you there any? because regular checks on your mom would have let you known that she was in need of proper care who's to blame Its easy to point the finger but visiting your mom and making sure that she was getting proper fluids makes the finger point at you
