EMPLOYEES RIGHTS, I FEEL THAT BROOKVIEW HAS NONE. THEY USE THEIR EMPLOYEES AND THROW THEM AWAY LIKE TRASH. THIER FACILITIES ARE NOT UP TO QULITY STANDRADS AND THE RESIDENT ARE POORLY FEED. I WAS NOT JUGED FAIRLY ABOUT MY JOB LOST AFTER 16 YEARS OF LOYALTY, TOO THIS PLACE. TO KEEP ME FROM ANY RETIREMENT BENIFITS I WAS DISMISSED. THIS IS VERY WRONG AND UNSET. I SHOULD BE JUGED OVER AND FAIRLY, BECAUSE THE KITCHEN EMPLOYEES HAS NO RESPECT FOR OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT WORK AND THE NURSING HOME. GLADY GREGRORY HOLDS NO RESPECT TO THE WORKERS, NOR RESIDENTS AND IS SHOWING A NEGITIVE SIDE OF THE BROOKVIEW STAFF HIRING. IT WOULD TAKE AN EFFECT IN THE LONG TERM OF THIS EVENT.HER ATTITUDE PROBLEM SHOULD BE JUGED AND NOTED BEFORE SHE CAUSE SOMEONE TOO BE SERIOUSLY HURT. BROOKVIEW IS FIRING THE WRONG PEOPLE. THEY ARE WINGING OUT THE GOOD ONES AND LEAVING SPACE FOR THE EVIL AND THE DESTRUCTED PEOPLE TO GROW.

I WENT TO WORK FOR BROOKVIEW BACK IN 2001 WHEN I FIRST GOT MY CNA.I LOVED WORKING THERE I MADE A LOT OF FRIENDS.I'M A GOOD CNA BUT BECAUSE OF ONE DON NAMED QUENTIN MCCLINTOCK I CAN;T GO BACK I HAVE TRY SO MANY TIME THIS MAN HAS PUT MY NAME IN AS A NO REHIRE AND NO ONE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS.EVERYONE HAS TRY SO HARD TO GET MER BACK THIS DON DOES NOT WORK AT BROOKVIEW ANY MORE IF ANY ONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE DO SO

i have been a cna since 2001 but the last don put on my record no rehire. since then i was called to come back.but at the time i was working for another nursing home but any way i got the job at brookview, i called back to let them know that i was going to work in a two week notice at my other job.but some how every thing got mess up. i didn't get the job. mary ann the new don had a talk to me saying that they couldn't hire me back. i don't understand this at all. because i had the job.but noe they want bring me back.they need help back they have had a ad in the gaffney ledger for three weeks. i'm a good cna that loves helping people.but these people at brookview will not try to do any thing i have talk to corp ans was told that the don could bring me back if she would speak up for me.what is wrong with this place they don't care.if i knew who own this place i could call them my self
